With those experts and rich biological, mineral and cultural resources of the Province, MD will develop to be an interindustrial, interregional and international enterprise.

AGRO-FORESTRY DEVELOPMENT |
• Olive Plantation & Processing
In order to take full advantage of the weather, soil, labor and other resources of Yunnan , MD commits itself to agro-forestry industry in Yunnan since its foundation. In particular, MD accelerated its pace of olive industry development since year 2003.
MD believes that under the guidance of market and Chinese governmental policies, with the support of local government and professional technicians, it has potential to develop into the top producer of olive oil in China .
The project area is one of the most suitable area for olive plantation in China . Its rich weather resources, land resources, insolation resources, labor resources and 50-years planting experience are unparalleled in China . MD is actively introducing advanced olive plantation & processing technologies from other countries and adopting scientific management system to build up olive planting model farm and olive oil processing plant. MD aims to develop agro-forestry industry of project area, improve ecological environment of middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze and improve local economical development.
• RDF Foliage Fertilizer Development
Rong Da Feng Compound Ecological Fertilizer is the only one product which obtains certificate of recommendation for green food production means approved by China Green Food Development Center ; is the only water-soluble organic compound fertilizer; is the only foliage fertilizer which obtains national registration.
• Walnut Oil Development
Linchen Walnut Oil produced in Yongsheng County . All the fresh walnut fruits are harvested from the wild walnut trees and are processed into edible oil with advanced technology and equipments. The oil is natural and nutritious. MD starts marketing of this oil since 2004.
• Mineral Resources Development
In light of rich mineral resources of Yunnan Province , MD operates mineral resources exploration and development as a main business. MD employs many experienced geological experts and also invites consultants from Yunnan Bureau of Lands & Minerals, Yunnan Metallurgy Group, Yunnan Geology Society, Chengdu Engineering University and other relevant departments and research institutions. According to analysis of existing records and site works, MD selected several mines to apply for mineral rights. By far, Yunnan Provincial Department of Lands & Resources has approved 8 mineral rights to MD.
• Religious Culture
Mr. Yan Xinyuan, painting-collector and shareholder of MD, graduated from China Central Academy of Art. For 20 years, he and Mr. Liu Xiangtao, the President Of the Board Of Directors of MD, have been saving to work on their folk custom study and folk art collection. They have collected thousands of folk art works and are the collectors who keep the most Chinese ghosts and gods paintings.
1• Their collection of Chinese folk religious paintings has ever been awarded of the golden prize of the Chinese Folk Art Exhibition held by the Ministry of Cultures.
2• Mr. Yan has ever published science essays and thesis at home and abroad, which are totally 200,000 words.
3• Yan's art works have ever been exhibited in national exhibitions for times and some have ever been published out.
4• The Ministry of Cultures has ever honored Yan as the Pioneer of Folk Art.
Mr. Yan and Mr. Liu devote all of their collections to MD. Thus MD is contacting Chinese and overseas museums, publishing houses, research institutes and scenic spots to sort and study these national cultural treasures.
• Education
TWC-China is one special program organized by ICEC ( International Cultural Exchange Center ), TWC (THE WASHINGTON CENTER) and GWU ( GEORGE WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY ) , targeting Chinese students. It has Spring, Summer and Fall enrollment, providing internship programs and academic seminars to college students from across the country and around the world . MD is the sole agency of this program in Southwest China .
• Lijiang Laojun Mountains Tourism Development
UNESCO listed THREE PARALLEL RIVERS of Yunnan Protected Areas into the World Natural Heritage List on July 3, 2003. The Three Parallel Rivers of Yunnan Protected Areas are the headstream of biological species of China . More than 6,000 plant species and 50% animal species of China are alive here so that the areas maintain the most biological diversity in China or even around the world. On October 18, 2004, Yulong Naxi Nationality Autonomous County Government of Yunnan Province issued an Entrust Letter to MD, indicating that MD would be on behalf of the Government to arrange and operate the tourism development of Laojun Mountains – one of the eight parts of Three Parallel Rivers of Yunnan Protected Areas for 50 years.

Chinese population of children (under 20 years) is 1/3 of the total. YUNNAN RONGDA BIOCHEMICAL CO., LTD
Yunnan RongDa Biochemical Co., Ltd, an affiliate of MD, devotes itself into foliage fertilizer industry since its inauguration in June 2000. Its Knockout product is RongDaFeng Concentrated Compound Ecological Fertilizer (hereinafter RDF), which is commonly recognized by experts and obtains Certificate of Recommendation of Green Food Production Means by China Green Food Develop Center . Its annual production capability is presently 5,000 tons and is proposed to develop to 20,000 tons per annum in 3-5 years.
In year 2003, MD and Yunnan Rongda reached an agreement that the former would be mainly responsible for RDF products marketing.
YUNNAN ULTRA-FINE NEW MATERIALS CO., LTD.
Yunnan Ultra-fine New Materials Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise, of which the dominating share capital is controlled by Yunnan Geological Prospecting & Engineering Group. It formed from Yunnan Provincial Research Institute of Non-metallic Mineral Application, the Central Laboratory of Yunnan Provincial Bureau of Geology & Minerals and Yunnan Provincial Pilot Base of Nonmetallic Mineral Resource Development with fixed assets valued at RMB50 million. The Company owns about 60 senior technicians and operates a couple of nonmetallic mines. With 50-year management, the Company has developed into an integrated high-tech enterprise involving in the development, analysis and chemical test of non-metallic materials as well as the production, sale and deep processing of nonmetallic materials. It has obtained 12 science and technology achievements awards at national, ministerial and provincial level.
YONGSHENG LINCHEN GREEN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT LLC
Yongsheng Linchen Green Resources Development LLC is located in Yongsheng County , Yunnan Province, along the Jinsha River (the upper reaches of the Yangtze). Yongsheng County is dominated by a vertical climate, with an elevation of 1,062 -3,950m , where approximate 50,000 mu ( ≈ 3,333 ha ) wild walnut orchard grows well. Linchen produces quality walnut oil with fruits from these wild walnut trees with an annual production capacity of 500 tons. MD started marketing of this healthy edible oil since 2004. |
